While we always do our best to deliver on time, shipping times cannot be fully guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Origin & Fulfilment
To offer a wider selection of products and maintain competitive pricing, all orders are shipped directly from our trusted international fulfilment partners.
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or additional administrative fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your email address.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Responsibility & Delivery
If tracking confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided, Sophie Brisbane cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before completing your order. Any address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the parcel arrives in your country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
